The room was very spacious and good. I booked a suite and it had two double bed, a dining table and a kitchennete. We really enjoyed the room as we were 4 people. The only thing was there was no dustbin bag so sometimes we had issues in storing wet dust.

Brand new hotel, still being finished here and there. Unfortunately we found the hotel suprisingly noisy, there was a lot of noise from the adjacent motorway, and internal noise from banging doors and even people speaking in the corridor. I can't understand this, surely sound insulation is a key part of a modern hotel? The beds were comfortable and staff were very friendly, but I couldn't recommend the hotel because of the noise.

Second stay in this hotel; comfy modern rooms (USB C!) and easy access to ev charging and major transport routes on our journey brought us back. Last time the breakfast wasn’t brilliant, it was school holidays and very busy, so breakfast area was cramped and options were lean; this time, there was plenty of choice, and as midweek holiday makers we missed early business traffic, so there were no queues for the coffee machines etc. Maybe they could put more staff on to help keep the dining area stocked and clear when it’s busy? It looks like there is some building work happening on site, maybe a larger dining space is in the works?! We took an Uber into Ghent centre for a lovely meal at Du Progres, hotel was convenient and we felt could leave our car charging in safety. 1.5 hours by car to Le Shuttle. Ghent is nearly as pretty as Bruges, and as a lively university town it feels less touristy and full of hen/stag dos!

Locatie is op zich prima. Tijdens ons verblijf werd er pal voor de deur verbouwd, waardoor het erg rommelig over kwam en de parkeerplaats deels afgelint was. Bij inchecken bleek dat de mondelinge toezegging en bevestiging van twee Twin beds niet klopte. We kregen een twee persoons bed, waarvan deze niet uit elkaar konden. Of te wel niet een tweepersoonsbed. Hierop hadden wij geselecteerd aangezien ik met mijn zoon was en hij niet bij zijn vader perse in bed hoefde. Blijkbaar zegt het boekingcentrum wat ‘s avonds actief is dingen toe, waarvan het hotel zelf aangeeft dat zij wel vaker verkeerde zaken toezeggen. Helaas geen oplossing gekregen.
