I enjoyed the helpfulness and tentativeness of the staff. The overall cleanliness of the room as well as the hotel was top-notch. I only gave four stars to the maintenance because the entry door closer to my room was non-functional however I did tell the staff about it and she did tell me she notified maintenance but during my stay it was not fixed. I will also like to add that my mother was not feeling well and one of the service desk members helped her find some salt and other things to help.
