The person at the front desk was wonderful, but the property is in bad shape; the room 308, anyway. No remote for tv. No microwave. Fridge froze water in the bottom, and no ice trays. The mattress was lumpy and the furniture was scratch, and looked pretty rough.

Terrible. The room had clean bedding and towels. That’s it. It wasn’t cleaned before we came in. Pics show food in the kitchen sink drain, hair in the tub, sticky floor throughout, a NEEDLE shoved down in the bathroom sink drain, some kind of white “cream like” substance on the bathroom counter that was wet and sticky, blood splatter on the floor and bathroom door. In the lobby, a puddle of coffee on the floor that I alerted the staff of when we checked in. The next morning it was still there. This place is disgusting

Worst Extended Stay Ever

Stay away!! Dirty and smelly rooms. Even hallways smell like smoke and marijuana. Transients are allowed to go in and take water from dispensers, and the “breakfast” bar. Nothing was done about the noise in hallways and loud music being played in rooms. The front desk guy was helpfull

Our room had no shower curtain, extra blankets, tv remotes, trash cans or towels. It was dirty. When I tried to call the front desk the phone didn't work. Our room was a good 5 minute walk to the front desk so we didn't Go down and ask for them at midnight. Also, there's quite a few questionable people wandering around. Several times I questioned my safety in an enclosed environment.
