The hotel looks extremely rundown. Our door did not close without pushing or pulling it shut. The lock would not open the door with the key without multiple attempts. The windows were covered with bird crap. The windows are rotten wood and not safe. The TV was very limited. Was not able to access any additional apps or connect my phone to it. The shower curtain leaks on the floor said a full breakfast in that booking app but no breakfast. It said it had a pool, but it didn’t say it was outside and closed. The outside door did not appear to be safe as it never closed properly which left access for anyone to walk in. This hotel truly needs to be updated because I paid $117 for this room and when we checked in they told us it was only 79. So hotels.com ripped me off. I am not happy and will not return. I would like my money back.

This hotel has clearly passed its glory days, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. We arrived early and were able to check in. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The entry and parking were easy. I gave it three stars due to the condition of the furniture and it was advertised as full breakfast included, but in fact it offered very little.

The heater did not work in the first room; we were moved to a second room. The room is worn and dated: chrome finish on plumbing is worn to absent. The bathtub "floor" (in BOTH ROOMS) was scratched -porcelain looked like vehicle tracks! The furniture is worn and scratched The fake leather material covering a chair (again, IN BOTH ROOMS) was worn and "chipped" away. Loud music and noise from a party kept us awake until 11:30 PM. The facility is not secure since the outer door card-key didn't work and the door was propped open with a rock. (at least three doors!) Morning "breakfast" was a joke: at 8AM there was 2 tiny pastries, 1/2 doz stale bagels. and some potatoes, ugly and unattractive egg things, and toast and 2 kinds of cereal. The room charge approx $300 per night is usurious.You have an unjustifiable facility.

This was a terrible experience, it would have been worse if we had decided to stay even one night but we cancelled our two night reservation even though we did not have another place to stay. Mr. Jagannath Sharma, the general manager tried his best to find us a decent room but every room (4) had significant issues. One had a broken exterior window, another had a loose and dangerous electrical outlet in the bathroom, two of them had dead bugs in the bathroom light fixture, another one the dead bolt lock did not work. The issues went on and on until after 2 hours we gave up. DO NOT Plan to stay at this hotel, there are much nicer places for less money very close by.

The room was nothing like the photos. Never saw bar, electric plate cover missing, no pictures on wall, no lamps. The pillows got the king bed were like square couch pillows, I had to stand on a chair to fix the curtain so it would close, the tub had no stopper, had to us a K-cup for a stopper so wife could take a bath and the most important thing the hair dryer did not work. Not a happy wife. Told front desk about everything. Did not say sorry or anything, shows how much they care.

People partying in the hallway for hours at 2AM. Yelling and screaming, hitting doors, slamming doors, cursing. I called front desk and they said they’d take care of it but never did. Horrible experience

Someone came into my room in the middle of the night with keys where they had rebooked my room. That is a good way for someone to get seriously hurt and your staff just said oh it was just a computer problem.
