Booked this room for just a place to sleep for the night on our way to Florida. The pictures made it look clean and safe enough for that. Wrong. I checked in. The lady at the desk was pleasent and nice. Going back to the car the smell of Marijuana hit me in the face. We sat there for a bit watching the clientele coming and going, giving us a very bad vibe. We decided it was best that we keep driving, despite how tired we were after traveling 12 hours. Again, the lady at the desk was sweet and pleasant. I didn't even care that I couldn't get a refund.

This place is a find. I only had to get the cheapest hotel as another hotel had not honoured my booking I'd paid for but it is the best district right downtown. So Pretty and walkable and to have free parking downtown is a huge plus. It is like a hidden gem. And the building itself is quite a lovely building. The rooms are basic but its the cheapest hotel in mobile on the site and it also has a pool and free breakfast. I loved it.

They never let me in, someone came out and said, phones, tv, and ac was not in working condition. I had to find a new hotel for me and my child at midnight.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it had free parking. Check-in was delayed while they dealt with a missing, or perhaps overdosed, guest. The elevator had a broken ceiling with exposed wires hanging down. The key card mechanism to our room was janky, and it took quite a while to get it to unlock. The chair and ottoman in the room were ripped and completely covered in stains. If we hadn't been so exhausted we would absolutely have left and found another hotel. The bedding did appear to be clean, but the floors were filthy, and clearly had not been mopped for quite some time. Cannot recommend this place at all.

Roaches everywhere, uncleaned rooms, broken fixtures including entry door locks held together with duct tape, no working smoke detector (cover was off and wires protruding), no working phones to call main desk, no working tv, no working ice machines. I could go on. Tried three different rooms before one was close to being able to sleep in. Staff was polite, friendly and tried their best, especially Tara.

Please provide complete refund to my card. This property is completely unable to provide a clean, safe stay. I have pictures if you need. There were spiders, toilet broke, toilet seat broke and cracked so bad, bathroom faucet not even stationary, water leaking constantly, toilet running constantly, locks on doors that do not lock or no lock at all on doors, complete firth and horrible odors. Staff were not polite at all when checking in which i made reservations well over 6 months in advance only to be told they dont have my room. Then found me a room but was unlivable. This property needs be condemned or completely refurbished. I suggest you remove this property from your site etc.

So where to start this place should be condemned from the non operational elevator to the dirty and aged rooms. Upon walking in our room the door jam was missing also the lock was missing. So we could clearly see outside. So then all furniture was scuffed and needed replacing. The walls were dirty and full of scuffs and some deep gouges. The floor was warped and dirty. The bed was a torture chamber so if i wasnt afraid for my life i couldnt have slept anyways. The curtains were tattered and old. The ac was one temperature freezing cold, no adjustment. Had to turn off. So needless to stay it is a nasty and needs a remodeling to be ok. Will never waste my money again. Worst place i have stayed at.

Absolutely disgusting! Had nasty seran wrap covering the "egg" and sausage and tongs were filthy!
Absolutely disgusting! Came down for 2 days before our cruise and chose it for its location. Horrible mistake!! Black mold, the AC Unit smelt like a bandaid and the smell was giving us headaches, broken TV, daylight coming in the front door...
broken windows, stinks, rundown, some type of substance was splattered all over the walls, hair dryer cord had black crap on it, not to mention all the homeless people hounding you the entire time for money or cigarettes, room key NEVER works...

Parking was no problem rooms are not what they look like and need major remodeling to fit cleanliness amd even safety standards. If you need a quick place to lay your head thats one thing but if you want a nice place thats another. The only good thing was the staff was very accommodating and helpful with everything. Especially Nicole at front desk she was awesome and fun to talk to.

If you are looking for a place that’s convenient to downtown and care about nothing else then this is the place for you. Run down, no tv because those don’t work anymore… people were nice enough, bed was comfortable enough just don’t expect anything and you will be fine.

No internet very sucky. Cockroach in my fridge. Homeless as my bodyguards. Breakfast overcooked burnt. Beds were dirty. Sink was clogged. Smelled like cigarettes and mold. Homeless on crack outside the room. Ice machine did not work. Overpriced snacks in vending machine lower it and maybe I’ll even think about buying. Overall very bad don’t recommend at all holiday inn is right next to this place go there instead.

Up checking in I found many lightbulbs missing and went to shower and the shower wouldn't drain. The front desk staff was super nice and accommodating and moved me to another room which was much nicer but had no hot water. The staff is great though.
