Other guests were very loud until 3am. I called the front desk, and she said she would address it, but she didn't. I was awake and never heard anyone come up to the 3rd floor to talk to them. Breakfast was not great. Stayed 3 nights, and it was the same each day. Out of half-and-half for coffee after the first morning there. It was never refilled.

The tv didn’t work and when I finally did it was solely because a family left their fire tv logged in, it was all in Spanish and I had to use subtitles when I watched the tv, that wasn’t really bad the worst part was not having a real function air conditioning it was 78 degrees and it blew barley cold air, no amenities in sight (wipes, toiletries) the breakfast was mediocre and not upkept so the food wasn’t warm and old.

The staff here was amazing. The pillows were super comfortable the room was clean. The sheets were also comfortable and very clean obviously maintained well. The staff was very accommodating. Given a very impromptu Needed say this was a great spot.
