到着時の駐車場の案内がとても親切で助かりました。 チェックインを1組毎に手続きしてくれて、びわ茶と飴で迎えて貰いました。 部屋に案内されて一番驚いたのは、本格的なマッサージチェアがあった事。更に部屋風呂がいつでも入れる様になっている事です。 又、利用したいと思います。

初めて利用させて頂きました。 受付け時、枇杷の葉茶のサービスでホッと一息。部屋に入って先ず驚いたのが本格的なマッサージ機があった事です。更に部屋ごとの露天風呂で24時間いつでも入浴がかなう事。夕食の創作料理も大満足で、特にお肉が最高でした。是非また伺いたいお宿でした。

駐車場に到着した瞬間からスタッフさんの丁寧な誘導があり、チェックインの時もお席に座ってびわ茶を出していただきました。 とにかくお食事が美味しい。夜も朝も美味しい！夜はアルコールが無料飲み放題で驚きました。ノンアルコールビールまで用意されていたり、ハーブティが美味しかったり。もう美味しくておなかいっぱい！となった時に「最後のデザートはお部屋にお持ち帰りになることも出来ますが？」と。お客様の痒いところに手が届く対応でした！ 本当にスタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしくて、久しぶりに感動レベルでした！1つだけ言うならば、展望風呂が前の建物から丸見えなのでは？と心配になりました。でも遮ると海が見えないですよね💦仕方ないのかなとも思います。そのお風呂から日の出を見ながら温泉を楽しめたのは最高の思い出です！またぜひ行きたい宿です！ありがとうございました！

家族5人で郷のお部屋1泊しました。 お部屋はとても広く露天風呂付きで満足しました！ またご飯はコース料理＋ビュッフェでお腹いっぱいになり子供はワンプレートで大人とは少し違ってましたが量も多く大満足でした。 ただ料理が出てくるのが少し時間かかっていたのでもう少し早くてもいいのかなとは思いました。 朝食もビュッフェスタイルでどのおかずも美味しくオムレツは出来立てを提供していて子供が喜んで食べていました また泊まりに行きたいです
