Its in an odd place in darked area and its outside is not great or well kept. We arrived late but female receptionist was kind. It was a big room but the hallways and general areas are not in great condition and its a bit unsettling due to fact that there seems to be long term tenants and in darkened cove - it just felt like more of low end temporary apartment housing than hotel. If you have a family I would be slightly concerned about the safety as my impression of tenants wasnt great.

Far from prettiness or eating places. Liked the staff but not enough. Should have morw baggage carts. Given the lonf hallways, there should be at least 2 elevators. Lots of parking spaces was good. Pros: The hotel itself was pretty nice, and the room was spacious and clean. Cons: if you want a "hotel" this is not for you. Uppn checkin they make you write your email address down, by even with that they messed mine up so I wasn't able to use the wifi. I went back down the next day and tried to address the issue with a different person, but they didn't fix it or weren't able to, so that was frustrating. The tub didn't have a stopper, so my daughter was not able to use the bath tub. Went down the second day (at the same time as trying to fix the Internet) and the lady wasn't able to give me one or didn't try. Not sure which. When we came back for the night, they did manage to find one (wrong size, but we made it work). Bathroom toilet clogged and we were informed that the maintenance was gone for the night and that we can come down to get a plunger if we wanted. Also, first night there the whole place smelled like weed, but they had a security guard after that and we didn't smell it the rest of the time there. Also the "breakfast" was basically none existent, they had about five to ten nutrients bars and if you were lucky a muffin or two. Sometimes there was coffee other times not.
