The great escape to be with our grandkids.

It was a good stays. My kids and grand kids enjoy the pool and breakfast. We enjiy staying there and the staff made our stay awesomely wonderful. It was so wonderful we rented a extended room for our daughter and son inlaw's and our grandchildren. We appreciate the hotel very much.

The checkout guy told us to leave our key on the counter. He did not ask about our stay, say thank you, or offer a receipt. The pool needs to be drained and scrubbed. Shoreview, MN Hilton does an amazing job with cleanliness, modern facilities, and the breakfast buffet. We had a quiet, wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. It would be nice to have coffee and hot water available all day vs. putting everything away promptly at 10:00 AM. We will be back.

Room had a crack in the ceiling and 2 lights did not work. I did not see this as a big deal so the front desk was never bothered about either issue. Room was clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

The room was nice and clean. And was comfortable enough. The downsides were the pool/Jacuzzi was out of order, which was one of the reasons I booked the place. So that was disappointing. Also, the breakfast buffet was not complementary quite expensive for very mediocre food. It should come standard at least with the room.
