The front desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel is right next to the airport which is convenient but you need a car if you want to go to downtown Tulsa. The hotel is isolated and yet charges for breakfast-$15 a person! The room was a nice size and the gym had a variety of equipment including TRX straps and kettlebelts. One small gripe: the bathroom had a dispenser for lotion by the sink but not soap. The hotel also did not supply bar soap, so after using the facilities, we had to get soap from the shower to wash our hands.

I was in room 103 and it was old, dirty ripped curtains, leaky faucets in sink and tub, the tub was peeling and had mold. I know they were under renovation and I am hoping that room 103 is still yet to be renovated. But check in and out were easy. All staff were kind and helpful. Restaurant staff provided great service. Dinner options were limited but good and a nice option if you don't want to go out. If you paid included breakfast, it's not a buffet but an order and sit down meal. Shuttle service back and forth were quick and drivers were nice. Location so close to airport was a plus, convenient not noisy at all from planes. View from back wasn't great, I was looking at a parking garage and gas station. I just in town for 2 nights so it was a place to sleep. Parking was included. As long as you don't get room 103 all in all it was ok. But at around $200 a night with airport fees it felt more like a motel than a hotel.
