This is my 2nd time to stay in this hotel, and its condition & service quality still maintained at a very high level. The hotel is easy to find (2 mins walk from NANA station), and room includes all I basically need. Staff are very friendly & helpful .... will definitely come back if I visit BKK again

Great place, clean and new, decorated beautifully. Comfort bed, spacious bathroom. Shared space is vast and quite. Fantastic location, just few steps to BTS line 'Nana' station (can arrive from BKK airport by train+BTS , it takes about an hour)

The interior is not spacious. The soundproofing level is average. There is no TV. So, if you are going to spend a lot of time at the hotel, I don't recommend it.

Very convenient to the BTS station, staff ever so helpful and friendly. Room and overall hotel clean. Unfortunately the room slightly small. If you have 2 big bags, it will be a challenge to manoeuvre around the room. That aside it’s a bit noisy as the bars in the street opens to the early hours.

we parked our car and was greeted by a lovely man at security desk, he was the only friendly staff member. Room was clean but no water, TV or fridge is very strange for Thailand, the bed was hard, uncomfortable and only 2 pillows. location is great, close to train, 7/11 and party areas. We were going to stay a few more nights but decided to go elsewhere and gain a better room and services for half the money. Much better options around than this place.

Lovely staff but filled with disgusting bugs

I stayed at this hotel for about 2 weeks and for the first few days it was clean and nice but this place only does housekeeping every other day which I suspect is why it was infested with bugs. I was bitten more than 50 times and had to go to bed wearing DEET bug spray. After leaving I had to isolate and freeze my clothes to prevent bringing the infestation with me. Separately of that, the place is very modern and definitely recently renovated. They are clearly aiming this hotel at people aged 35 and younger though. They need to change the policy of housekeeping every other day or the bugs will be a constant problem. On my last day at the hotel they put a notice saying they were fumigating the building, so they clearly knew that they had issues with bugs.

This brand is definitely pitched towards the budget traveler. I had standard one bedroom, tight space but functional. No TV, no mini fridge, no wardrobe(has coat hooks), no bottled water(water dispenser is in the common hallways). Has shared spaces(lobby/work tables), shared kitchen. Room cleaning is performed every other day. If you need your room cleaned on an off day they charge you.If you want to pay $5 to $10 more a night, i would suggest Citadines 8 or Hopeland 8 as alternative choices (further down Soi 8).
