Everything. The covers had burnt wholes in it. The towels were dirty. There were no face towels at all.the sheets was soo nasty and dirty I had to ask for one. No fridge no microwave smoke smell everywhere. Just overall waste of money. So nasty and trifling. The shower curtain is terrible.

Theres no heat im having to stay wrapped in my coat the room is in extreamly poor condition holes in the wall bathroom door is conpletely shatered and coming apart fridge is nasty. I had to go to desk to ask for a towel however its to cold in here to attempt to shower and no toilet paper. If theyd refund my money id definitely go somewhere else. At this point it might be warmer to sleep in my car
