The TV did not work in my room. It took 90 min and a trip to the front desk (after I made a phone call) to get a tech to fix the connection. Therefore I missed my nephew's program. The bed was horrible. You could feel all of the springs in the mattress. The desk in the room had a sticky substance on it. The fixtures in the room were outdated. The AC made a horrible noise when it was turned on. I chose not to report the AC because I was made to feel like an inconvenience when I reported the TV issue. In addition, the toilet ran constantly. To add insult to injury, someone was banging on my door at 4:00 am. Yelling for Rose to open the door. (Why...no Rose in this room)
