I love the staff they're extremely nice and respectful and accommodating but my room is dirty like I take my own cleaning stuff just in case so I had to clean it I moved furniture around there was like broken pieces of glass like from a light bulb that was busted but I almost cut myself on but other than that it was you know I love staying there

Bathroom had not been cleaned, smelled of urine. Bought my own Lysol to disinfect before using restroom. Room floors were buckled possibly from past water damage. Weak spots in floor. TV would go off when walking by it at certain parts of the floor, come back on when moved away from those spots. Possible wiring issues. I don’t believe the elevator or the building is up to code. Hotel needs major repairs and updates. Won’t go back to this one.
