I absolutely loved our stay at this property. The room we got was right next to the front desk, the Pool /backyard area, and best of all within a few steps of the great, totally fabulous and served hot every morning serve yourself breakfast. We got the very spacious, king sized bed, jacuzzi tuh in the area where there is a small pull out couch and coffee table also. There was a mistake at the very begining . which in some cases could, have broughe down our whole viiip buy the hotel staff was able to fix this without hestelalem or worry. My family and I will most definitely be returning for another visit.

Pulling up to property we thought it might be closed because the sign had fallen down and vines were growing in it! Also some wires were hanging down in the front, also trash can was overflowing. Carpet in hallways were dirty and coming up by elevators. No carpet in room and mold in bathtub. We would not stay here again!!

Surprisingly Nice!

Place was above our expectations, most “road side” in the middle of nowhere hotels are questionable but it was really good. We didn’t eat but even the breakfast was good. My only complaint is the water machine was turned off after breakfast and there’s no fountains.

Dirty Sheets

When I woke up the next morning and threw the sheets back, I realized that the sheets were dirty. There was food, stuck on them from the people that had been there before, so they obviously were not changed. And if the sheets weren’t changed, that probably means a pillowcase wasn’t changed which is totally disgusting. The side door from my room was not secure so anybody could come in.

Good Experience

Overall a positive experience was had at the Best Western Plus. Service staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good including eggs, sausage, potatoes and other standard continental breakfast items. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The floor in our room looked like a cheaply installed laminate with periodic bubbles. But otherwise room was clean and neat.

Dirty

The room was dirty. I had to clean hair out of the bathtub and sink. The floors were dirty as well. I didn’t feel like I could walk in the room without shoes. The breakfast in the morning was not good at all. This hotel is way overpriced for what you get. I have paid less at hotels and had a better stay.

The room was humid even with AC on. Everything was moist. The towels were wet. The ac unit and wall was damaged and had growing mold. The area was covered with a awkwardly placed end table. Found a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. Had I not arrived late and exhausted, I would have changed.

One of the beds sat at angle, i was afraid to lay on it because i thought it would fall over. It was late when i checked in so I made the best of it. I reported to the front desk the next morning and was told it would be looked at. Came. Came back and it was still not fixed. The shower drain was very slow and the flooring was puckering up and made a noise when you walk on it.
