Check in was easy! Our room was nice, beds were comfy and clean. Pressure in the shower was nice. Spotted an area of mold by the shower (probably due to poor ventilation) but not a big deal. Had a TV, microwave and a fridge which was great. We were right by the breakfast room which had decent food. Location is very nice, right off the highway and by a gas station and a couple little restaurants. Overall would stay here again!

6/10 不错

This is NOT a Holiday Inn Express. It is a Comfort Suites Inn. The location is excellent. I did not feel as safe and comfy as I do in Holiday Inn Express, so I was disappointed. Reported to Expedia and asked them to fix but they are still showing it as Holiday Inn Express. Has been reported multiple Times according to other reviews so ‘get er done’ Expedia. I’ll be booking with IHG direct from now on.

6/10 不错

Apparently the name changed between the. booking and they stay. Communication would have been nice, no one answered the phone to verify so we had to go out of our way to stop there to verify. Had we known how run down the rooms were, we would have paid a little more to stay at a nicer place. Cost/budget friendly with nice staff.

First off, this is not a Holiday Inn. Hotels.com catfished me into booking this hotel as they listed it as a Holiday Inn Express. It is now a Comfort Inn, and has long since lost any of the luster it previously held when it was a Holiday Inn. It’s worn down, smells like mold, and is overall in worn and neglected condition. The staff were nice and friendly.

This property is no longer a Holiday Inn, it’s a Comfort Inn. The bed was comfortable & good for one night. The floor tiles were loose & hard to close the bathroom door. Needs some upkeep. It was clean & breakfast was good

This is not a Holiday Inn Express as advertized. It has been a Comfort Inn since 2019. Dirty cleaning rags were hanging in the shower. The shampoo was empty. The pool was out of service.

This turned out fine, but Expedia had this hotel as a Holiday Inn Express, it is NOT. It is a Comfort Inn, so that was a bit confusing when we were looking for a Holiday Inn Express and found a Comfort Inn at the address. They had our reservation and it worked out fine.

Title: WARNING: Deceptive Listing, False Advertising, and Terrible Customer Support. I am writing this review to warn other travelers about the severe issues with this listing. This platform incorrectly lists and markets this property as "Holiday Inn Express," when it is actually a completely different hotel (Comfort Inn). Because of this misleading information and deceptive photos of amenities (such as a hot tub/pool area that is actually under construction), I had to waste my entire check-in day dealing with a massive mess that I did not cause. To make matters worse, the customer service refuses to take responsibility for their platform's false advertising, offering only generic, robotic responses instead of fixing their fraudulent listings or taking accountability. If you want to avoid ruining your travel plans and dealing with deceptive business practices, do not trust the listing details on this platform. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

This is still marketed as Holiday Inn Express but it’s now Comfort Inn! The property is showing its age and wear and tear! At least they could keep the entrance doors clean!!! No way is this hotel worth $167 per nite!!!!!

2/10 较差

The reason I'm giving this property a 1 star review is because it is not a Holiday Inn Express!! It is now a Comfort Inn. Google Maps had us going in circles looking for a Holiday Inn. Surprise, it doesn't exist. Not even the same family of hotels for people booking for points. There is also not a hot tub. The stay was fine for the price, the staff was nice, but this listing needs updated by someone to reflect what you are actually booking.

Air conditioner didn’t work. It was 90 degrees outside. Water was leaking from the ceiling into a light fixture with live electricity. Hot tub was cemented over.

They are in the process of rehabbing the hotel so I'm sure the part of the ceiling that was peeling in our room will be repaired. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good.
