The check was as in every other hotel. The room seemed ok, but the moment I looked at my bed, I noticed a huge stain on my blanket, which looked like an oil stain. I went down to the front desk to ask for another one, but the attendant ignored me. Then I looked at my sheets themselves, and there was a small brown paint-looking stain.
The second day, my family did not spend much time in the room as we went and started our activities. After we were done for the night, I went and used the restroom, and the toilet flooded the entrance of our room. I went to tell the front desk that all they offered was to call maintenance and lend us a plunger. We quickly packed our things and checked out, which then the person working the front desk quickly offered us a new room, which we denied. Got my security money back, but did not stay the second night.
