The rooms was DISGUISING I was transferred to multiple (3) rooms before deciding I’m not staying here… my kids was disgusted by the pool as we walked by and didn’t want to get in. After asking for a manager multiple times I was turned away by a short Indian lady who refuse to show her name badge or verbally give me her name. She didn’t want to give a refund and also being very rude to me and my children. I Called multiple times to speak with manager after bring told manager is unavailable. I still haven’t received refund or manager response. Hotel should get get 0 stars 1 was minimum. Hotel smells so bad of animals and smoke. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lamp on the nightstand didn't work and the curtains were torn. Breakfast was from 6am to 8:30am. Well, they tried to refuse making more sausages. We complained because you're supposed to keep replacing what's run out until breakfast time is over. The waffles were good. The biscuits were hard and the gravy was watered down way too much. Overall the stay was good for a nights rest.

Better than a motel, I guess.

Bathroom was not clean at all. Old used soap in the tub and empty water bottles behind the bed. Breakfast was very lackluster and the service was very poor.

Don’t stay here

BEWARE. From having to wait 15 minutes to be checked-in, to the disgusting conditions… our stay was 30 minutes long. We checked-in, hauled all of our luggage to our room (without trying to touch anything with it), saw how dirty our room was, booked another room at a different hotel, and checked back out. Even that was too long of a stay. The only clean thing our room had was bedding, maybe. We were too afraid to check. There was cat food and litter on the floor in the bathroom. Cat food on the carpet by the beds. The room didn’t see a vacuum. The chairs were nasty. I sat down but only because I was having a panic attack. I knew I couldn’t get a refund, and I didn’t have the money to spend on another hotel, but there was no chance we were sleeping there. My 9 year old daughter said she’d sleep in the car instead. I’m by no means a clean-freak, and this place sent me into a panic. It needs to be closed down and a sanitizer bomb needs to be sent off in there. I spent part of my rent on another hotel and I’m so glad that I did.

Don’t stay here!

Honestly don’t stay here from lack of communication from check in (didn’t tell us when breakfast is and didn’t inform us the pool was closed) The room was super musty smelling and the door didn’t shut properly and grip bar was falling off the wall in the shower The only nice thing was the bed Honestly I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone

We had to wait a long time to get into the pool because the receptionist had to let you in and then they charged you a $50 fee for deposit that you could not pay cash. You had to pay your card and then it doesn’t get released for like five days

I tried to reach the front desk and had to go through way more automation than necessary just to get a toilet plunger that they couldnt send up andnhad me cone down to grab it only for the same employee to be on the floor i was staying on ten minutes later. They also knocked on my room door when i had a "Do not disturb" sign hanging on the door. Its as if they took that sign as a challenge or something. Also when it cones to their breakfast, the sausage links were still raw in the middle. The room was at least clean and the bed was comfortable at least.

We didn’t stay the room was nasty dirty and the grossest I have ever seen. We tried two different rooms. Do not stay there. Hoping to get a refund. It is ridiculous that it would have been over $170 for one night.

Poor stay

I requested a room with sofa bed because i had a kid with me and no sofa, the bed base was broken when you get on it or sit would meke you feel if you were going to roll down. The smell of clorox was intense.

The WORST Baymont stay, EVER!

The front desk attendant lady was very rude, I had to let her know that she didn’t have to raise her voice while speaking to me. The breakfast was mediocre, online stated the have breakfast but it was horrible! We didn’t even eat, my kids went to buy food. The biscuits were still frozen not cooked all the way. The cereal was stale, probably expired. The bed was unstable, had to be careful getting in and out of it, because the right side of the bed tipped when getting out of it. We asked for a rollout bed, they didn’t have that, also asked for extra towels and a blanket was told they didn’t have that, either. There wasn’t an iron or blow dryer in the room, when it states that those things are provided in the room. The whole experience from beginning to end was terrible, and I feel like that’s being nice.
