The staff seem to hide from customers, the breakfast was not the worst ive experienced, but its right down there near the worst. The halls and stairways are dirty, the grounds are not well kept, no remote for our TV, the lamp switches were broken so you had to screw in the light bulb to turn them on.... it goes on like that.

My room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty the toilet barely flush and had a dirty nasty plunger next to the toilet! Window curtains were torn. Hallway carpet was filthy! I took pictures as well

When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant was sleeping in the back office. We knocked on the office door, the front desk and yelling hello is anyone here? This went on for at least 20 minutes. He finally responded from the back office. He said he’d be with us but fell back asleep. He gave us attitude, terrible service and we had to assist him in checking us in he was using the credit card machine as a mouse to control the computer. I began to videotape our interaction. I have 15 minutes of ridiculousness recorded. After given our hotel keys, we were even more disappointed to see how terrible the room was there even was a toilet plunger because the toilet did not flush. The couch was stained. The knobs were missing from the air conditioner/heater unit. The towels were dingy we checked in at 4 AM after our plane delays and we were out by 10 AM. We spoke to the manager she was aware of the incident. She viewed it on her cameras and said she would be checking us out and refunding us the money, but we were still charged the full amount. I took pictures of the hotel room and I have video of the check-in experience.

The room was so bad ,roof had water stains ,heater did not work at all, curtains all dusty ,coffee mashine doesn't work ,fridge doesn't give cooking,bathroom doesn't have bath tum we booked the room with bath tub ,lamp doesn't have cover ,they said they would provide extra blanket but still didn't receive one .really bad service of all time .
