The cleaning of the room seemed to have been done quickly, we found things in the room like a used fork, a deodorant and a lipgloss on the floor that weren’t ours. Other than that everything was great. The emplacement is perfect. Also, Lydia at the breakfast buffet was really sweet!

The usual, comfortable n convenient but not special Best Western - everything was functional but no frills as expected. Breakfast was good - hot omelettes, baked goods, yoghurt,juice, coffee, tea etc but one attendant for the number of guests was not adequate as everything would be over & she could not keep up with refilling the items- people had to wait for most stuff. It was a weekday - I can’t imagine the rush on a weekend!!

The outside and the grounds were well-maintained as was the lobby and pool area. The room itself showed deferred maintenance and inattention to detail. The shower curtain was dirty, the Kleenex dispenser was empty. The available television stations were limited. I wanted to watch the Red Sox on the local carrier. (NESN) and it wasn’t available.

Bed was horrible. Had a big sunken place in the bed due to being old. My gf woke up with a sore back. Several dogs barking thru the night. Person checking me in was very unfriendly. Had a bad attitude. I’ve stayed there several times in the past and it was a lot better all around. Seems like new management isn’t very good. Won’t be staying there again.

Disappointed with the hotel, - the shower was not draining - carpet was disgusting - there was a musky smell - we had items go missing and we hope that we displacement them and nothing nefarious happened. - breakfast was clean and edible but not preferable. Over all would not return.
