The breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. The Front desk employee didn’t smile once, rushed our interaction both check in/out, she didn’t make eye contact… a very cold and unwelcoming experience. My room smelled heavily like smoke even though it’s a smoke free hotel. My nose burned from the smell (if you know, you know!). Had it been any other night I would have asked for a room change but I didn’t want to go back to interact with the unfriendly attendant again, it was very late and I was exhausted. The bathroom had ants crawling around in it. Unfortunate.
