Beds in first room were so hard and uncomfortable that we switched rooms at 1:45am. Rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Light bulbs burned out and flickering in bathroom. Breakfast was make your own mini waffles, cereal, small muffins, bagels, toast and yogurt. Did not use pool due to water being cold, did not use hot tub due to chemical smell. The one employee we encountered at 1am was courteous, but didn’t see any employees the rest of our stay. Overall average rating is due to it being the only available place to stay while we were in the area. Over priced for area and off season. Cigarette butts litter the grounds.
