The pillows were horrid!!! There were 4 pillows on the bed and they were all 12 x 12 inches and extremely hard. I am not sure why you would expect people use these for sleep?!?! The room was clean but the door opened to an open porch that lead down the stairs and to the back of the parking lot. It didn't seem secure.
