The location was good. The condition of room was ok for price. Had 2 towels with 4 guests. Took a bit to get 2 more towels. The weather was cool so ac was ok but had it been typical texas weather it would not have sufficed. The sofa bed had no linens. Th size of rooms was very good. Breakfast was good and staff kept it replenished til 1030. Overall for sleeping purposes it was good.

The hotel was beaten down in most ways. It was old, outdated, run down, in need of repair, dirty. The area around the hotel was also beaten down, many businesses shuttered, construction made it hard to access. The staff were not very friendly, the USB plugs didn’t work, the room was musty smelling, the water pressure was very poor. To the positive the AC was excellent and the hot water was super hot and unlimited which was good cause it took forever to shower. The pillows were not bad, the bed was a little hard but I did sleep good, so that’s a strong positive. The breakfast looked so sketchy that we just passed on it. All in all would not stay here again. It was pretty weak and I am usually one to give very positive feedback.

The two people that were at the front desk were grouchy and not with great customer service. An older man just seemed rude and white women. They said breakfast start at 6am so my co-worker and I went at 6:30am and there was nothing but cereal and bread.after we ate almost nothing we went to get ready then at 8 as we te checking out, we saw now the kitchen ate was full of different breakfast. Not fair! We paid and deserved a good breakfast! we’re were leaving work there

Breakfast was your typical breakfast, eggs, toast, bagels, juice, coffee, etc.. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean. The bathroom was a little outdated and the fan smelled like it would catch fire, but overall the rooms were big. Beds were a little soft for my liking but I think it’s standard since we stayed in other similar hotels. Everything was pretty close by, all within 15-20 min. Overall, I’d stay here again.
