We arrived at 8pm Saturday to check in. Three of our family’s rooms weren’t ready. We were accommodated by receiving disgusting rooms with film on the windows to prevent views. We all paid for King Suites in the Gold tower due to its location. The bed, baseboards, curtains, carpet, sinks, shower were not acceptable. We requested a room change the same night, were all told to wait till 11am next day. We did and we were turned away again due to being overbooked. Spoke with front desk at checkout Tuesday and were only refunded one resort fee. Very disappointed in this Landrys business.
