The first day right after I checked in, I was trying to take a nap- coming off the road from another job. I had my do not disturb on my door, and the flipped door lock on. I heard a knock, a man shouting housekeeping, and they broke into my room! He said he was checking the integrity of the door! I said well you just broke it so therefore my locks are not safe. I got nothing from that, no room change, nothing! Breakfast is standard. Don’t think of an early check in- they said they were short staffed. The area has limited sit down dining. A few fast food places, and a gas station and dollar general are near. If I get back to the area, I will make a drive, and stay further out. The pool is closed. Renovations are taking place currently, because holiday inn bought the place.

Very clean, great stay!

Our room was very clean and was newly remodeled. We had to be somewhere very early the next morning, so we did not eat breakfast in the breakfast room, but we grabbed coffee (which was great), and the breakfast room was also newly remodeled and clean. We were on the first floor by the lobby and thought that might be noisy, but our stay was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again while visiting family in the area.
