No breakfast. The property is old- they slapped new bedding on the beds, but it is what it is, an old poorly maintained property. That said totally workable for the price! Didn’t smell funny, convenient to everything we needed, ac was loud, but worked as white noise from all the traffic on the roadway. Safe area. Would def stay again!
