I absolutely love this hotel. My second visit here and I would not stay anywhere else in Algarve. Good room, great breakfast and swimming pool. You can even order breakfast to your room with out a charge, important when you have an early flight. Swimming pool area is fantastic and the hotel is situated in a very good area. Room was clean, choice at breakfast was good and view from room & location in portimao was all great. The hotel itself was just a little dated and some things maybe not 5* more of a 4. You couldn’t get an iron until 4pm +. You had to put a sign outside your door for rooms to be cleaned but this wasn’t on our info pack when checking in so took us 2 days to figure out. Maybe a little more information on the info pack would be useful!

It was the best room ever! The staff were nice and most of all, they helped me check in right away even though I came earlier than the check‑in time! The room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was good! The breakfast was delicious, too! Everything was perfect! The best part was that there was an ocean in front of the hotel, so it was good to take a walk and to tan!  I would like to visit here again later!

Loved the direct ocean front room! Beautiful views and you see the sunrise and sunset in your room(winter time). Friendly staff. Enjoyed breakfast fully. Restaurant opens relatively late by US standard but we enjoyed the sandwiches even just from the bar.
