This was a disappointing stay.I travel to Massachusetts once a month to visit my son and his wife who just had a baby. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn. That’s right up the street. The prices are similar, but this property, the courtyard Marriott didn’t offer a free breakfast. The staff weren’t as friendly in the room was just OK. There was an issue with my stay through Expedia and instead of being helpful and helping me to resolve my issue, I found the person at the desk to be disappointingly unhelpful. Fortunately, Expedia helped me resolve the issue and give me a refund for the night that I didn’t stay. I’ve already booked the next three months that I’ll be staying in the area at Hampton Inn and won’t be returning to this property.
