The airport shuttle was prompt and the driver was great. We checked in alittle before 2am and was greeted with a smile and a welcome bag, which was so appreciated after a long travel day. When I walked to the front desk I told the receptionist that the phone, nightstand light and fridge were not functioning and she stated she had no housekeeping and it was just her working to fix it.
