My family of 5 stayed for 3days and 2nights. All the spaces were clean, my interactions with all hotel staff was polite, the complimentary breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed the make your own waffles station.
The suite was advertised as sleeping 5. The king size bed came with 4 pillows and the extra sheet set came with 1. I understand that that is one pillow per person, but the pillows have no density to them, you really need two. Mt kids are too young to have it bother them but as adults it was uncomfortable. The bed was also rock hard. The pull out sofa really sleeps 2, I think the king size bed is supposed to fit 3.
While checking in there was a $40 charge added to my card as a security deposit. I don’t have a problem with that, but it wasn’t explained when I was given the total and I had to inquire about it.
Check-out time is standard 11 o’clock. House keeping showing up at 10:30 made me feel like we were being rushed out.
This last part is not about the hotel itself but still was a part of the stay. I received a text message welcoming us and informing me that if we needed anything. I could use the message feature to make requests, through the Hilton Honors app I also tried to do the digital key. The digital key never went through and though I requested a rollaway bed and extra pillows, I never got them.
If you are looking for a clean place to toss and turn for a night with your average free breakfast, then you should stay here.
