Our room was frigid when we got checked in and then a sauna after we turned on the heater- it ran non stop. The room also smelled like wet dog/mildew. Bedding was tattered and pillows were lumpy. Worked for a place to sleep, but wouldn't highly recommend.

Where to start we have stayed there before and they have a sign saying no dogs in lobby and in breakfast room so we left my server dog in the call as we checked in.. I In formed them I have a service dog and he looks over the counter and rudely sad where is it? I said in my car as I pointed to the sign and then he go again rudely said what do you need a service dog for? And even tho I do not need to explain my health problems. I told him because I was tired and wanted to go to bed.. and he goes then he needs to be with you at all times I said yes I know we just want to sleep and then we are leaving and he replies back you can not leave him alone he has to stay with you all times I said YES I KNOW I JUST WANT TO SLEEP AND THEN WE ARE LEAVING.. just to end him being rude I said just charge me for my service dog so I can go to bed

This hotel was filthy and smelled. Dead bugs everywhere…. Some live ones too. I accidentally dropped my glasses on the hotel room floor and when I picked them up, they were covered in dust and lint. The entire hotel was filthy. I wouldn't recommend.

Staff were very friendly and made it worth the stay!! Location was great too! Property is worn and in need of repairs both outside and in. The room was not cleaned well (hair in the shower, beer bottle caps behind the door and under the desk) and the smoke detector was completely detached and sitting on a shelf.

Hotel was quiet and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom area was very small but clean. Bed was comfy enough but dipped towards the middle. The one ice machine was broken and the breakfast was minimal

Despite Expedia and the hotel map saying it has an exercise room, it does not have one, they converted it to a gaming room. I was looking forward to exercising after a long drive so this was disappointing. Otherwise it was a perfectly adequate place to stay.

This place was awful. The bedding looked like it came from a third world company. Sheets didn’t fit and there was a round object under the bottom sheet that I was afraid to see what it was. The blanket was ripped at the top and a cheap material that again did not fit the bed. The whole place was run down and not up to normal US standards.

The property needs some updating/cleaning The lobby walls look dirty and the hallways smell. The rooms are okay. They give you four small pillows on the bed, smaller then standard size pillows. We had to go buy a couple of pillows to use.
