PERFECT LOCATION FOR US CAS ISSUES, SAFE SURROUNDI

I had an appointment for the CAS for fingerprint taking, and picture taking, It was pretty near, just like Fiesta INN, and another one something INN, in minutes walking, the internet was awesome for a mexican like me with almost 100 megas INN, it has been taken well care, with redesigned rooms.

Good hotel, quite a walk from the centre and the area around it is not very nice specially at night. Room was clean but noise fron the next room leaks through the connecting doors. The staff was not as nice as they could be but not rude either. I would consider somewhere closer to Macroplaza if you plan on walking most of your trip; if you have a car for your trip then this hotel is good since it has onsite parking.

Plaza de Oro doesn’t allow you to have visitors in your room, the front desk girl was so rude; I had planned for a 10 day stay but left after the second day to a different hotel

Well, I saw they are 5 star hotel and pictures looks good , arrived and room was not a 5 star hotel , definitely here is 2-3 star hotel , room booked for two adult and second person arrived in the night and they didn’t let to come at the room and finally solved by coming down and speak with front deck, they couldn’t speak English and that’s the other reason for not giving the great feedback for this property

The personnel was not courteous at all. They charged me for an additional adult even though I had added the correct number of adults on our reservation. If we didn’t pay, we would forfeit what we had already paid for our reservation. We had to keep asking for towels for three people (just like they charged us) and then they came to clean room and took towels we had just requested. Before we could check out, they had to check room to confirm we hadn’t taken anything. The “free” breakfast included in the room charge is only a plate of fruit and a cookie. Needless to say, we will never stay at this hotel again.

El hotel fue una excelente experiencia . No tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar del desayuno bufete debido a que teníamos que salirnos temprano . Así es que no tengo una oportunidad de ello. Lo que sucedió dentro del hotel que fue desafortunado , pudo haber afectado la confianza de los usuarios para reservar en el lugar . Pero esa situación ningún hotel tiene control de eso , todos están expuesto y no fue su responsabilidad. Merece que cifremos nuestra confianza en ellos. Yo recomiendo este hotel, siendo mi primera experiencia en el lugar
