Auton saa autotalliin. Hiljaiset huoneistot, ilmastointi erikseen joka huoneessa.

Olimme syysloman aikaan majoittuneina Black-talossa. Asuntomme oli järkyttävän viileä lähes koko majoittumisemme ajan. Huoltomies kävi jotain juttuja säätelemässä mutta ei paljoa lämmennyt. Asunnossa oli jonkin verran korjattavia kohteita joita luettelimme palautteessamme. Toivottavasti tulevat korjatuiksi.
