Was a little concerned when I arrived how close it was to the freeway. But whenI got in the room I was surprised the freeway noise was gone. Great place really clean, very quiet at night, wasn’t people coming and going. My place to stay when I’m ever down that way.

This is the quietest and best value in Merced. Other hotels are heavily impacted by the homeless with screaming and yelling all night long. The 2 nicer hotels in the downtown area are next to the police station with sirens all night. Management here takes great pains to accomodate their guests.
