I reserved and paid for a room with water view guaranteed. When I got to the office window the lady said there were no more but the parking lot was empty except for 2 cars. She made me pay more out of pocket for a room that didn’t have water views.

a flea bag. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The kid checking me in was fine. I would not represent this hotel. Spent $56 dollars and not stay there if it was free!

Muy mal, llegue al hotel eran las 7.40 pm hiba con los niños pequeños a pasar el fin de semana y la recepcionista me dice que me ha ian cancelado la habitacion y qur me habian enviado un msg por correo que nunca recibi ! Y lo mas triste es que no habia donde quedarnos todo estaba ocupado! Y habiamos manejado 4 hrs desde tijuana, terrible ! No vayan a ese hotel porque nisiquiera fueron para llamarme o esperar a que llegara muy mal servicio.

The room wasn’t ready at the time to check in they told us to come back in 30 minutes and we did and then they asked to come back in other 30 minutes. The place Like the floor isn’t to clean but the bed sheets and towels were ok and clean . They didn’t left any soap in the room we had to go down and asked for it. At 2:00 am in the morning I am writing this review because the next door people’s came from drinking alcohol and were so noisy couldn’t sleep any more and no body is talking to them to be quiet, most probably the person in charge is sleeping

This hotel offer the best they can forthe price they charge. Any bad qualification is unfair because they could not be any better with the price they charge. If you want to get any better be ready to spend a lot more money in another hotel.

They did not have my reservation and had a bad attitude. Also I was charged twice on my debit card. Because I paid on this app and then paid at the hotel and said I would del with hotels.com later. It was let and we were tired.

Excelente atención

Agradecemos mucho el servicio de recepción muy amables, si hubo unos retrasos pero aún así la atención fue muy buena, la habitación 24 excelente me la pase muy bien en un ambiente tranquilo!! La verdad si volvería a ir!

This hotel needs major maintenance and repairing.

Room 25 reeked like cigarette smoke, the pillow and sheets were penetrated with the smell. In Room #24, the room we were switched to, the shower had a major leak on the faucet handles. In Room #31, the bathroom door was hard to open end close because the upper hinges were broken.

Disappointed!!

I have to be honest and say the room and building did not match the pictures. Noisy location and no facilities. Just a bed, shower, and wi-fi. Not what weary travelers were hoping for. Over priced for sure for us and probably the other 2 guests.
