I found the hotel easily arriving from Centraal, all the staff were very helpful especially the lady that checked me in, the room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfy, and the surrounding area has everything you might need while staying in Amsterdam. 10/10. Fabulous location on a cute street. However I do not recommend this hotel if you are a light sleeper. The walls are very thin and sound transfers between rooms. I had difficulty sleeping here.

Great location and great customer service. Rooms are narrow and no lift. The front staff was very friendly and accomdated us with holding the baggage after check out. The location of the hotel is perfect and easy to find. Once again, really good customer service. Stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are pretty narrow and small with very little walking space.
