Construction all day long literally just outside

Nice design on the outside, but I didn’t care for the room design. It felt like the bathroom was inside the bedroom, and not well-separated for privacy. The worst part is that after paying quite a high price for a room here, there was roof work going on literally outside our window (workers just a couple feet outside the window) from 8:30 AM to 8 PM. When we asked to change the room, they said they were completely full.

Small’ish rooms for the price ($225 per night). No wardrobe, just a hanging rod. Rooms and public areas really hot. Very noisy on most nights from overnight conferences and people spilling into the parking and playing music and drinking booze. Rooms facing the parking got all the noise. One would think the hotel would ask them not to create a ruckus going into the early hours of the morning. Positives - staff are friendly, housekeeping is good, plenty of parking, close to town.

Skuffende af et 4 stjernet/Hilton Hotel

Havde forventet mere af et 4 stjernet hotel og Hilton! Vi skulle have haft en opredning til vores datter, dette var der ikke gjort klar til, henvendte mig i receptionen, der straks kom med sengetøj. Sengen var dog ubrugelig, da den ikke kunne trækkes ud. Personalet så selv dette, men gjorde intet ved det, så vi lå 3 mennesker i en 140 seng. Der manglede sæbe og conditioner i badet, beholderne var tomme. Der manglede pose i den ene skraldespand.

Det var et rigtig fint ophold men til 3400 pr nat føler jeg ikke at det er en god value for money og selv om jeg ikke kan sætte en finger på opholdet vil jeg nok prøve et andet sted næste fjeg besøger Færøerne rent på grund af prisen

„Mit Aussicht“ auf eine Mini-Färöer-Welt

Leider nur ein Kurzaufenthalt auf den Inseln und in diesem Hotel. Spannendes Design, sehr ruhig, total entspannte Atmosphäre - obwohl es auch ein Tagungshotel ist. Für manche Gäste könnte die Zimmeraufteilung mit Waschbecken neben der Tür und Klapp-/Schiebetüren zur Raumtrennung gewöhnungsbedürftig sein, aber wir fanden es interessant. Wir hatten ein Zimmer „mit Aussicht“ gebucht, was sich gelohnt hat. Man schaut auf der Nordseite des Hotels (und aus dem Bett) auf eine „Mini-Färöer-Landschaft“ mit Schafen, Wasserfällen, Grasdächern, aber auch das moderne Inselleben. Ein wenig wie auf einer Modelleisenbahn :-) Es hat uns super gefallen!

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schöne helle Zimmer, die in einem sehr guten Zustand sind. Das Hotel liegt schön auf einer Anhöhe, sodass man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt hat. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig, dass der Fitnessraum erst um 8 Uhr öffnet, ist ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen.
