From the moment you step in you feel the warmth and kindness from the staff, and the attention to detail is notable in every corner of the hotel. It was a fantastic experience, exploring the Tuscan countryside, while enjoying a superb property. Most of the food is locally produced, with natural and organic ingredients. The rooms are sumptuous, with comfy beds, high quality linen and all the perks one could wish for a relaxing city scape! The restaurant Golpaja serves amazing food, special thanks to Francesca and Simona who made our stay even more special. This is indeed an unique property and the staff really make you feel part of the Petriolo family. Hope to be back real soon!

Can’t recommend Villa Petriolo enough!! The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are stunning. The staff is very kind, and they offer various experiences on the property. The breakfast is also wonderful, and all food comes directly from their property.

The staff was amazing. Everybody was very friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurants was fantastic. The spa and the staff in the spa was also wonderful and the truffle hunting with the dog was fun. Alex, the young man who took us to truffle Hunt was very personable. Naomi and the restaurant remembered how we liked our bread on the second day we were there. The staff here is top-notch and it was a beautiful clean resort. I would absolutely Stay there again

This villa was absolutely perfect. From the amazing pool, the views, the spa, the animals, the drinks, the different sitting areas, the amazing rooms and the service of everyone at this villa was incredibly luxurious. We cannot say enough good things about everything and everyone at the hotel, even down to the amazing private driver they arranged for us to go back and forth to Florence, 10/10. Stunning experience. Do the wine tasting!

A very good two night stay. Excellent room and service. Slightly spoilt by a large private party in the grounds on the second evening but the management acknowledged my concerns and responded immediately.

The villa is new, secluded, romantic, and has very warm and welcoming employees. The experiences they offer, however, were overpriced. We took the Medici Cooking Class, and while we liked the chef who was very nice and informative, we barely got to actually cook anything (only helped make the pasta dough). We also booked the horse riding experience which happens off the property and goes around a simple field on what is a dirt road, and we had expected to learn at least a little about the property and vineyards but there were no explanations given; however the horseback riding itself was fun and the people were nice and offered us a drink after with them. PS encompasses the ideology of sustainability and the chef takes on the challenge of working only with seasonal and local ingredients masterfully - it was quite an experience but would warn those with more particular / selective palates to review the menu as the flavors are not necessarily for the masses. Overall, Villa Petriolo was beautiful and very romantic and quiet, but like mentioned, the experiences seemed a bit overpriced.
