Outstanding small quinta in the middle of the wine country. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way for anything and everything. Make time for the wine tasting, and be sure to add a tabua - our small board had amazing variety and quality.

This was the best accommodation we stayed in our month long road trip around Portugal. We had a wonderful time as a family of three including our baby girl. This trip just keeps getting better and better! This is NOT a hotel. It is more a resort guest house. Complete luxury with a setting in the hill/mountains of the Douro valley that is right out of movie setting. Friendly helpful staff always eager to help. The room was luxurious, the included breakfast was just out of this world. Off season prices made this incredible place even better! The only reason I gave it 5 starts was because 6-7-8 were not available!

If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and relaxing place to stay, this was the best! The staff was so kind and accommodating. This is a beautiful place up in the hills overlooking the vineyards all of the plantations and is a gorgeous if you like peace quiet it’s unreal. I suggest if you’re that area book this place only has six rooms but they’re separately you don’t see no neighbours and it’s gorgeous.
