All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately it’s on the busy road therefore it was noisy,did not get much sleep. Although the rooms in the back quieter than the rooms in the front with a view of Capadokya The breakfast was very basic which is very disappointing for us. Otherwise it was very safe ,walkable distance to everywhere and staff were excellent

The location is close to many attraction in Groeme including the bus terminal (which goes to many cities in Turkey). The lady allowed to drop our bags before and after check in, ideally if you are coming early or departing the city late. They have many rooms and a great reception area, clean rooms but only give you access to wifi after check-in and does not have a kettle either. Unfortunately, the bathroom requires some attention, the shower head was not situated properly (water flows out) and we had a broken toilet seat. The breakfast is very late 9am and very little spread consisting of cut bread, cereal, tea, coffee, orange juice and not ideal for vegan, limited for vegetarian. The place is good for 1-2 nights.

The Manager of the hotel (Girl in the reception) was very friendly. She helped me with my luggage on the day of my departure up to the Gerome bus stop, as I slipped in my toilet and had suffered a concussion for a bit. On the day the incident happened she even offered me some turkish medication for pain (equivalent to paracetamol) and also provided me water and tea whilst I was recovering. I thing I would highly suggest is that please put the safety signs on the toilet that the floors can be really slippery as people travelling from abroad might not know. And, also it would be a great idea if the shower mat was placed in advance before check in so that people are aware of it. Positive comments - Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. Breakfast was good and the location is really good. The room has a balcony in case you want to enjoy the nice view of Cappadocia or the Sunset or sunrise. Negative comment - Does not allow guests in case you have a friend who wants to come and see you for a drink. I booked the room for people as my friend wanted to come and see me whilst I was there but the manager did not allow the guest as she said police will create problems, which I don't understand. Secondly, when you are having breakfast the cats are left around your table so you cannot have your breakfast peacefully and will be disturbed by the cats. Every time I had Turkish sausage in my plate, I had to give it away or else the cat will come to your table and take it on its own.

I loved so much, I stayed twice!

After my first stay, I returned a month later for another week. The staff is very helpful, the place is in the center of everything in town, everything is new and clean and you can watch the hot-air balloons from the rooftop every morning. What else could you want?

Bien au centre de Göreme

When I ask the lady at the desk the price for a balloon tour she told me EUR 150. I walked 100 meters and found the balloon excursion at EUR 80. I cancelled the booking that I did with her. Then, I purchased the balloon tour at one travel agency on the street.

Got very sick from the mold in the bathroom. It's unfortunate as the place was relatively recently renovated. Mattress is very soft, bad if you sleep on your stomach. Could use a small fridge.

Utmärkt hotell med bra placering i Göreme

Väldigt trevligt hotell, väldigt hemmatrevligt, öppen personal, inte alls stelt som vissa andra finare hotell. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma, vi fick checka in flera timmar innan vanlig check in då vi kom väldigt tidigt med flygplanet. Detta uppskattades väldigt mycket. Gemensamma lokalerna var mysiga, väldigt bohemiskt. Liten frukostbuffé som var tillräcklig. Hotellet låg väldigt bra till, inga långa uppförsbackar för att ta sig till hotellet, nära till stan samt busshållsplats. 10 min promenad med lite tempo upp till utsiktsplatsen för att se ballongerna vid soluppgång. Sängarna var väldigt sköna, rummet var rymligt, charmig dörr till badrummet, om man vill ha total privacy så är det inte det bästa då det är lite glipor, men vi gillade. Dörren då det var annorlunda. Trappor upp till rummen, men det gick bra även för min mamma som är äldre och har lite svårt med trappor. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vistelsen på detta hotell. Rekommenderar detta boende.

Ufak ama gayet güzel bir oteldi. Hatta resimlerde görünenden daha güzel diyebilirim. Personeller de yardımcı olmaya hazır ve güler yüzlü insanlardı. İnsanlar sabah erken saatlerde çıkıyor ve çok ses yapıyorlar. Seslerine çok uyandım ancak otellik değil insanlardan kaynaklı herkesin biraz anlayışlı olması gerekli diye düşünüyorum. Odamızda da tek klozet de kırıklık mevcut onu da belirtmek isterim tamir edebilirsiniz. Onun haricinde bir problem yoktu 2 gece konakladık daha fazla konaklasak bile yine bizim açımızdan gayet yeterliydi herşey. Konum muazzam, kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve lezzetli, terastan balonları izlemek çok keyifli. Tekrar gelirsem yine tercih ederim. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz

El hotel es mucho mas bonito de lo que muestra en las fotos, la habitacion era un poco pequeña, pero comoda y con A/C y un pequeño balcon que daba a la via principal. Se nos metio un pequeño gatito cuando llegamos a la hbaitacion que era muy hermoso! Esta super cerca del centro y de la estacion de bus (a 2 min max caminando). Nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes del check-in (llegamos a las 8 a.m) y despues del check-out. Dentro de las cosas no muy buenas, la atencion a la hora del desayuno, fue ausente, ponen la comida y nadie esta pendiente para el refil o para retirar los platos y limpiar las mesas, para que los que lleguemos encontremos espacio, hay que estar pidiendo o buscandolos, realmente muy incomodo. En la habitacion para una estadia de 3 noches, nos dejaron solo 1 papel higienico (nos toco pedir mas), la puerta del baño, no se puede cerrar desde afuera y no limpiaron la habitacion en toda muestra estadia. La puerta que sube a las hbaitaciones y que conecta con la calle principal, siempre esta abierta, incluso en la madrugada, lo que me parece muy inseguro, deberian poner acceso con llave o tarjeta

El chico q nos atendio fue un verdadero maleducado, ademas de ponerse chulo porque me fui a quejar de q no habia agua caliente , estuve dos dias en este alojamiento y no pude ducharme en agua caliente ni una vez , asi q al tercer día reserve otro hotel donde estuve muy cómoda y fueron muy atentos
