The smoking. It just smelled like cigarettes the whole entire time. I messaged the hotel and nothing. We have stayed T tru hotels in the past and haven’t had any complaints, the last time we stayed was a yr ago and they even offered to rebook us because of not having hot water. So I figured we would just get a different room but this time we didn’t. Normally if it’s just the adults it would have been less of a bother but we have small kids who shouldn’t have to deal with it throughout their stay

I would have given all 5’s but upon arrival the person that checked me in really didn’t interact. She asked my name, gave me the key card and that was it. Information like how to find my room, was there coffee available in the morning etc. I had to ask. Maybe I expect to much: I have not ever had to ask those questions when staying in a hotel, they are always communicated when checking in.

It was an amazing experience. I wish to have more options as vegetarian in breakfast. Because hotel is new therefore everything is super clean

Room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The lightning in the room and bathroom were too dim. The breakfast was basic. There were no turkey options, potatoes, wheat bread or boiled eggs. I stay at Hilton chains frequently and was surprised that these options were not at this location.

Smooth check in, room was ready and clean. Hotel is quiet and a close drive to restaurants and shopping.

No hot water in the morning. Reserved a room with a tub and did not receive it. Too few towels because apparently they do the laundry only every other day. Because there’s no carpeting in the rooms if you have somebody above you that have small children be prepared not to get any sleep. There were apparently 37 open rooms that night why couldn’t they put us in a room that was not underneath of small children? The lady at the front desk was not engaged. Very disappointed. Nothing like our first stay there a couple of years ago. However, they do allow dogs. That was nice. The breakfast was very good as well.

I chose this hotel because the reviews said it was easy on and off the highway and it was. The problem was there was no food available close by. Another disappointment was the fact that they charge me $75 for my dog won’t be staying here again. It’s my own fault. I need to do more research next time.
