The room could use a good scrubbing with a magic eraser. There are black scuffs and dirt marks all over the walls. Pool was great and quiet especially in the heatwave. Good central location really close to old town. Note to anyone staying it is a memory foam mattress. So it doesn’t breathe well and you get absorbed by it pretty quickly. Great if you like that type of mattress. Vince is very quick at communicating with anything and everything.

I had an awesome stay! The apartment was in a great spot, and the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. I loved that we pretty much had the pool to ourselves most of the time — such a nice bonus. The dedicated parking spot right by the apartment was really convenient too. this is not a hotel it is a studio apartment in an apartment complex. a little misleading and a little odd. i believe this is one of 3 units that are being rented short term and the others are monthly renters. i personally would not stay here again although the location is very good. i did not use the pool or rooftop but some people may enjoy these amenities. check out is 10am
