Ödediğimiz fiyat bir önceki gün kaldığımız Safranbolu Hilton oteliyle aynıydı, ama kalite ve verilen hizmet, özellikle kahvaltı bu fiyata göre oldukça düşük seviyedeydi. İnsanları hayal kırıklığına uğratan bir yer, kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Sadece bir gece kaldık. Oda biraz dar olsa da kullanışlı ve kısa kullanım için yeterliydi. Yatak yorgan vb. ve mobilyalar kaliteli idi. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Fakat en üst katta ve asansöre yakın konumda olan odamızda ciddi anlamda gürültü sorunu vardı. Akşam uyurken gürültü yoktu neyse ki, ama sabah erken saatten itibaren koridordan sürekli gürültü geliyordu. Kahvaltı alanı muhteşem bir manzaraya sahip. Fakat burada da ciddi bir akustik sorunu var, bütün sesler büyüyor. Üstelik yoğun bir sezonda da değildik, kalabalık bir zamanı düşünmek bile istemiyorum. Koridorlar ve yemek salonu için bir akustik düzenleme şart. Onun dışında fiyatını hak eden kaliteli ve temiz bir otel. Kahvaltısı süper diyemem ama kötü de değil, standart.

Otel değil öğrenci yurdu gibi. Kahvaltıda yağ kokusu odaya doluyor ve ara ara idrar kokusu geliyor. Temizlik öğrenci yurdu gibi belli saatte ve kapıya dan dan vuruluyor. Sonra temizleyin diyorsun temizlemiyorlar. Öğlen çocuk uyurken temizlik yaptırmanız gerekiyor falan. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
