Alas, the bed was very creaky and uncomfortable, and there was no laundry available, despite this being listed on Expedia as the first item of ‘popular amenities’, and when asked the management agent’s suggestion was merely that there was a launderette in the town: 15 minutes drive away! Bo på slott med närhet till fina Rügen

Fint slott som har nyrenoverade lägenheter. Gott om plats och eget kök med det man behöver. Här får man bo med hund! Närmsta mataffär ca 5 min bort med bil. Öppet måndag-lördag. 15 min bort ligger en ganska stor stad, Stralsund. Därifrån finns den bro över till Rügen med mängder av små mysiga byar och fina vita stränder.

Statt "gehobene Wohnkultur" nur unteres Mittelmaß

Das Schloss Hohendorf wirbt mit der Überschrift "gehobene Wohnkultur". Das Haus wird diesem Anspruch nicht gerecht: Die Möblierung besteht teilweise aus Ikea (z.b. Ikea Lack), der gesamte Boden ist scheinbar ohne Trittschall verlegt (jede Diele knarzt), das Besteck ist aufs billigste (vermutlich Blech), das Porzellan "Amazon Basic". Das Bett quietscht unerträglich. Die Beleuchtung besteht aus billigsten Kunststoff Flur-/Badleuchten.. Die Betreiber sind selbst weit entfernt von "mittelmäßiger Wohnkultur".

Das Schloss ist wunderschön anzusehen. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort ist stets freundlich und gibt gern Auskunft bei verschiedenen Fragen. Unser Hund (und natürlich auch wir;-)) wurde freundlich empfangen und es lagen sogar Näpfe und ein Leckerli bei Ankunft bereit . Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und modern. Alles ist ruhig, man hört die Hotelnachbarn nicht. Wer also eine ruhige Gegend sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

Unsere Unterkunft sprich Ferienwohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet . Wir waren soweit zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Von der Einrichtung wäre uns lieber gewesen es wäre ein Tisch mit normalen Stühlen vorhanden . Der Tresentisch und die hohen aber dazu passenden Stühle waren dann doch etwas unbequem für uns . Eine kleine Garderobe oder Haken für die Jacken wäre auch nicht schlecht , denn bei schlechtem Wetter weiß man nicht wohin mit den nassen Jacken . Vom Frühstück sollte man auch nicht zuviel erwarten, es ist zwar vollkommen ausreichend aber für den Preis würde ich es empfehlen selber zu kaufen ,wenn man dann dort eine Ferienwohnung hat . Das man sich Brötchen auch ohne Frühstück bringen lassen kann finde ich wieder sehr schön. Im großen und ganzen waren wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder kommen . Es ist dort sehr schön ruhig und Abends noch etwas spazieren gehen , ist sehr entspannend .
