El aire acondicionado no funciono las 2 noches que estuvimos, se fueron a hacer mantenimiento, pero aun asi no funciono, la ducha mojaba el resto del baño, no tenia un buen sistema de aislamiento. Al llegar el desodorante que estaba puesto en el pasillo era tan invasivo que nos hizo picar la garganta, pedinos que se desconete y lo hicieron, en la habitación tuvimos el mismo inconveniente. Los botones del ascensor funcionaban intermitentemente, hubo ocaciones que nos tuvimos que bajar en otro piso, porque el boton de nuestro piso no funcionaba. La comida rica, la gente amable ante los reclamos y pedidos.

Hotel muito bom com uma curiosidade bem interessante, visto que ele foi construído sobre um antigo silo. É muito elegante, confortável e bem localizado! A cama king é boa, o banheiro é enorme e muito confortável. A área da piscina na cobertura é o ponto forte do hotel com um avista espetacular da cidade e um local muito agradável com bar e academia no mesmo local!

O hotel é muito bom, quartos, piscina, academia e café da manha mas tem alguns pontos a serem observados. Absolutamente tudo é cobrado a parte, toalhas e roupão de banho pra piscina no caso. O que pelo preço da diaria não é justificavel. Um outro detalhe é que o recepcionista queria tirar fotocopia de meu cartão de credito pelo tema do desconto do imposto pra turista. Ja cansei de ter o cartão clonado na argentina por essas copias de cartão, não deixo mais fazer e percebo que quase nenhum hotel mais faz isso, fiquei 30 dias viajando na argentina, mais de 20 hoteis e esse foi o unico que me pediu pra fotocopiiar o cartão. Olho aberto!

El hotel es hermoso, todo se ve nuevo y está muy limpio. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, luminosas y bien equipadas. El personal es muy amable. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel, Dique 1, excelente. Fuimos en una escapada de fin de semana, disfrutamos mucho de la pileta en la terraza, con una vista increíble del rio y la ciudad. Por la noche fuimos al cine, está pegadito al hotel en el shoping. El desayuno es excelente, muy variado y abundante. Seguro que volveremos. Antes de reservar, chequeen las tarifas directamente en el hotel, las ofertas de las plataformas suelen ser confusas y al final, mas caras.
