No resemblance to the booking photos. Tatty, dirty, broken lights and chair, noisy. The free parking turned out to be on street parking with 2 hour restrictions. We arrived and were met by a couple who had just arrived and were leaving having discovered hair and stains on their bedding. They’d been refused a refund and were taking it up with Expedia. Avoid!

No lift !!!! so very difficult with luggage plus I reported the main ceiling light was faulty but never got sorted … tv screen was damaged but got replaced a few days later

End result was good for me as a single traveller. Short walk down hill to Bradford town centre. Comfortable bed. Small compacted student type room with bed and desk. Small bathroom (cubical) with basin and toilet had to open toilet when I had a shower as so small. Texted that I was arriving at 1650 and he rang back and I confirmed my name. After five minutes outside building I texted again saying I was outside. After fifteen minutes I rang and five minutes later someone gave me the key. Two hours parking on the street before 1800. Only three slots on site. Fortunately I got one next morning at 0820. For someone who only wants a bed for the nights its OK. Safe and quite.

Stay instead at Accommodation Bradford next door

1)check in time had to be negotiated by text - had to wait until 5.30pm at earliest to meet with somebody to give me keys. In the end, it was a text to somebody actually living in one of the flats to let me in and show me the room 2)window in my room did not close properly. This left a sizeable gap between the frame and window. Was subzero temps overnight at the time. Thankfully, central heating mitigated some of the heat loss 3)generally poor cleanliness. Stained, grimey furniture, skirting, walls. The bathroom had been cleaned but mouldy sealant around sink. 4)did not visit communal kitchen but nasty smell coming from whatever had been cooked in it - I acknowledge this is not the fault of the hotel 5)the 'tenant' who showed me my room made no mention of the window when checking in - I discovered shortly after and got in touch with landlord to change rooms - this was obviously then conveyed to tenant who visited me to check and video the broken window frame and informed me there were no other rooms left. He informed me that somebody would be in following day to fix window but it wasn't an easy fix so doubtful it would've been sorted. 6)there was a copy of a statistics text book on the desk - random 7)the bed linen was laundered but the pillows and duvet - grimey 8)shower head unable to be fixed to bracket in bathroom. Sink waste trap leaked everytime sink was used. Stay next door at Accommodation Bradford. I would not stay here again.

Prison of the cell

Poor conditions were each daily housekeeping service to all lack of the kitchen equipped. An obstacle access to double door opposed the kitchen. Fantastic designed on the locations. Yes to meet the amenity service!
