Absolutely amazing stay !! 5 stars in every aspect . Rooms, view, staff & facilities were truly fabulous. The hotel was in the perfect location. 5 minute walk ( 10 min stroll) along coast to old town, or 2 mins if you walked along old walls. Chania is a beautiful place .

Amazing Stay!

Amazing Stay! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, room was tidy and spacious, not to mention the rooftop pool, which was the cherry on top. Location by the sea and near the old harbour was very convient. Would recommend this from the bottom of my heart!

Really great new hotel! We had an executive suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is just at the edge of old town and the beach strip. Perfect! Away from the scrum but a 6 minute walk to get to the heart of old town or the beach and its restaurants. Parking provided at no charge. Breakfast was very nice. Local favorites! Fresh food. Alexia at reception really made our stay special! Wonderful warm greetings. Great advice on local spots. She really made the difference between good and EXCELLENT!

Renata was the reception staff who welcomed us gave us loads of recommendations for restaurants nearby and was very welcoming! She definitely made our stay so much more enjoyable. Perfect location to visit the old town or the beach. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Breakfast was great as was the staff at breakfast and the front desk staff as well. Lots of construction in the area but that seemed to be the case all around Chana. A lovely stay.

We had an amazing time in Santorini staying at the hotel. The views are wonderful and sitting on the patio eating breakfast while overlooking the bay is surreal. It was located in a good location that was not overcrowded, but offered the best views. So many people walked by the hotel and were curious because it looked so relaxing and beautiful by the pool. Would highly recommend.

The rooftop pool bar & food prepared was also to perfection & cheerfully delivered w fantastic views of the ocean & old city! The climate control perfectly efficient & quiet for our comfort; plus a quality large sliding door to breezy private balcony gave us the option for fresh air, listening to the ocean waves so relaxing plus drying clothes on the provided rack. The bathroom had a huge vanity which was & a large modern shower, so convenient when getting ready. The location was perfect access to points of interest & staff went out of their way to help with parking…our car was always within view & accessible. This is 100% satisfaction which i’ve never encountered. Upon return to Crete we wont stay anywhere else but SanSal in Chania! I love SanSal staff Renata Sotiris Kostas Zoe Haris et al 💜
