Very rude owner and staff To the point that after check in we decided to find another place to stay Preferred to lose my money than stay in a place where we had actually been told to leave and spoke to in the rudest way We felt unsafe and spent the night in another hotel nearby

Place was overbooked. I learned this upon arrival. When asked how this happened, I was informed ‘you get what you pay for’ by staff. I was not the only person this happened to, there were others who also would have needed to find alternative accommodation. Thankfully Hotels.com was able to assist and find a new place for me to stay.

I made a hotel reservation at this location and I told them ahead of time i would arrive after 1am the night of the reservation. They sent me an email with instructions to be able to self check in via their portal when I would arrive. However, when I arrived the location was locked and there was no one on site to help me check in and their portal self checkin option was not available. I wasn't able to check in and i never received the service for my hotel reservation and i ended up paying again for a different hotel room at a different hotel. I would like a refund

The room itself was odd, from the placement in the building to the door with the flimsey doorknob and lock. The sofa right outside me wall of the room was unnerving.

Not a hostel. Run down property. Only two dorms & both are smelly, small & cramped. Mostly long term ppl staying there w a bunch of their belongings. No wifi. No lockers. Mediocre staff.

The front desk person was a horrible person. I arrived @10:15 and he was upset that another guest let me in. Then i was told i do not have a reservation. I tried to show him the confirmation on my phone. He said "I dont care" well that is an understatement, he does not care. The process ended with this man putting his hands on me and pushing me out the door and threatening to call the Police for tresspassing and he threatened to beat my ass if i didn't get off the property. I was trying to resolve the situation calmly and he escalated. Horrible service, all i was doing was to check in and sleep for the night. I didn't think i would be pushed and manhandled and threatened. He followed me outside and said he was going to kick my arse...what the heck? I want a full refund immediately. I was dressed in a suit and tie and friendly try to resolve the issue. He said "no more words" rude and threatening, this guy needs a different career where he doesn't interact with people

As a hostel so close to LAX it's price in unbeatable. It is an Airbnb-like hostel with clean showers and basic bunk beds. I felt fine staying here for $25
