The staff was amazing. We checked in got to our room and the tv didn't work. The lady at the front desk came to our room to help us. Still didn't work so she helped move us to another room. She not only upgraded our room but she checked out the tv and turned up the heat for us.

Did not eat breakfast, but it looked great! We went swimming instead. The pool was great but was overchlorinated. The jets in the hot tub would not turn on. The knob for the shower in the pool room was broken. Many people gave up trying to use it. It took some doing but I was able to turn it on so we could rinse the chlorine off. A maintenance worker apologized for the issues, but was working on them when we left. Our room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I'm sad that I forgot to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff. They did a great job!! We will definitely stay there again!
